This reminds me of the type of deception that we saw from the tobacco industry, perhaps we should seek a lawsuit suing the fossil fuel industry for misrepresenting what their own scientists told them at the expense of all of us.

Don't forget that these are the same companies that run commercials telling you how green they are, how much they're doing to save the climate while at the same time their lobbyists are using all kinds of tactics to prevent the type of tax credits and the funding for programs that promote alternative energy. At the same time they're fighting for tax credits into radically limit their responsibility for environmental degradation.
